One Tree Hill

Okay, so I'm coming clean....I am completely obsessed with the TV show One Tree Hill, or as fans of the show call it OTH. I have been watching this show for about five years now. It is in its 7th season, and I'm still hooked. I have seen every single episode many times thanks to repeats on the Soapnet channel. The thing I love the most about this show is how clever the writers were when the cast graduated high school two seasons ago.
Most shows tank after the high school graduation. I stopped watching 90210 and Saved By The Bell for that reason. However, OTH was smart and skipped ahead 4 years, so all of the characters had already gone to college and now have real jobs. This made for great flashbacks, and story lines. I felt like I could relate even more to the characters because now they were a little more grown up and actually looked their age.
Season 7 started back in September, and they did another jump ahead, but this time only by a year. Two of the main characters left the show this season and I was really worried that I would be disappointed, but once again OTH doesn't disappoint. The new characters they added are not only HOT, but tie into the story-line really well. So, in a nut shell what I 'm saying is that I love One Tree Hill!!!
I can't believe I just wrote all that about a TV show...oh well.

My first LOVE...Chargers!!

Anyone who knows me already knows how much I LOVE the CHARGERS. I have been a fan ever since I could walk. I grew up in San Diego until I was 12 and then we moved up the coast to Santa Maria. So I've always lived in California until I got a teaching job. My whole entire family has always been loyal followers of the Chargers, even when we sucked for a long time. During football season I really get to bond more with my brothers because no matter how far away we live from one another, we are all watching the Charger games together. My brothers and I text throughout the whole game, and even call each other during the commercials to comment about plays and stuff. I love Sundays for this reason. Even my Mom and Dad get in on the calls and texts. Today we are playing the Superbowl Champions from last year, the Steelers....all I can say is I hope we can pull it together and get another win. Good Luck CHARGERS!!!

I'm a Victim of the Web

Today I started my RPDP Technology class and the teacher gave us a brief overview of what Google has to offer. Now mind you, I am already addicted to Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter, so the last thing I need right now is my own blog. All I have to say is "Oh well." I figured I'd try it out for awhile. As I'm writing this, I'm thinking to myself that no one is going to read it anyway, so it really doesn't matter what I write. I just want to know what's all this fuss about blogging??

I titled my Blog..."In My Opinion" because I figured it would suit my purpose for creating this in the first place. I guess it is sort of like my online journal....anyway, I know I always have stuff to share and what better place to vent than the Internet......
